To promote for the benefit of internally displaced people living in camps and temporary shelters in Sri Lanka by:-

• the relief of financial hardship and sickness;
• the preservation and protection of good health;
• the advancement of education and training;
• the provision of recreational facilities in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving their conditions of life;
